Eating right can help, but not a cure. There is no known cure for CFS. Some people do not improve, though. And the people who are detected at an early stage of the disease can not get much better, and proper medical diagnosis and treatment.

My friend Jane was not’t be diagnosed until 3 years into the disease. Fortunately, her doctor whose wife was also the CFS, and candidiasis was very supportive. They tried to manage both. Candidiasis is not abating, but the syndrome worsened until he was in bed for 2 years. Now he can do a little around the house, but he has lost his career, his ability to drive, and he is able to do most things other people own. However, he argued that he was lucky. There are people with CFS who have it much worse than he does.
